Your initial visit will be made up of two segments.  First you will sit down with our Patient Care Coordinator who will discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have.  Then you will meet with one of our two doctors for a comprehensive examination.  This examination includes an oral cancer screening, complete charting of your mouth and a periodontal examination.  We will update x-rays at this appointment unless you provide us with current x-rays from your previous provider.  It is extremely beneficial to you to obtain any and all records from your previous office.

Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the company they choose to represent you.  Our dental office submits dental claim forms and accepts assignment of benefits as a portion of your payment and as a courtesy to you.  Our office is happy to confirm dental coverage on your behalf, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to know specific plan coverage including any and all restrictions.

Dentistry now offers many new opportunities for improved health, function and appearance that were unavailable only a few years ago.  Please do not ever hesitate to ask about anything you do not understand.  You will be dealing with members of a team whose primary goal is to serve you.  We look forward to meeting you.
