We continue to prioritize the health of our patients and staff. To ensure your safety we have made the following adjustments to our appointment confirmation process and patient visit policies. Per the executive order of our State Government, all patients must wear a mask.

Here's what you can expect:

Before your appointment:

  • All appointments will require verbal confirmation 2 days before your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment it will be forfeited without exception. Please expect a call from 860-635-6445.

  • All patient portion payments will be taken on the confirmation call to limit contact with our administrative staff.

Upon Arrival, please:

  • Remain in your car upon arrival
  • Call or text the office to let us know you have arrived: 860-635-6445.
  • When a staff member approaches your car please roll down the window.
  • We will be taking your temperature while you remain in your car.
  • You will remain in your car to update your medical history and paperwork. 
  • When your provider is ready we will bring you directly to your treatment room.
  • Leave personal effects in your car.
  • Do not bring friends or family with you.
