We continue to prioritize the health of our patients and staff by following State and CDC Guidelines. To ensure your safety we have made the following adjustments to our appointment confirmation process and patient visit policies.

Here's what you can expect:

Before your appointment:

  • We appreciate as much notice as possible to reschedule appointments but do require 2 business days notice so we can offer openings to other patients awaiting care. Please expect a call from 860-635-6445.

  • Patients who would like to limit contact may continue to pay portions over the phone.

If you are fully vaccinated, please:

  • Continue to wear a mask as you enter the Reception area.
  • When your provider is ready we will bring you directly to your treatment room.
  • Leave personal effects in your car.
  • Do not bring friends or family with you.

If unvaccinated or would rather not disclose, please:

  • Remain in your car upon arrival
  • Call or text the office to let us know you have arrived: 860-635-6445.
  • When a staff member approaches your car please roll down the window.
  • We will be taking your temperature while you remain in your car.
  • You will remain in your car to update your medical history and paperwork. 
  • When your provider is ready we will bring you directly to your treatment room.
  • Leave personal effects in your car.
  • Do not bring friends or family with you.
