Our concierge sets the tone from your first step in the door — helping you feel comfortable and confident, and handling everything from updating your medical history to refreshing our supply of juice and freshly baked cookies. Our expert insurance coordinator is here to make a potentially intimidating world less complex and easier to navigate. If you’re new to Cromwell Dental, our new patient coordinator will show you around, set up your first appointment and explain any important details. You can also rely on our schedule coordinator — handling all appointments for our patients and doctors — and our treatment plan coordinator, who will sit down and work with you on any financial aspects of your care.

Carole Fazzina, our Insurance Coordinator, has worked at Cromwell Dental for six years. A UConn graduate, she enjoys reading, fishing and sewing.
Sandra Whaley, our Treatment Plan Coordinator, has worked at Cromwell Dental for over a year. A graduate of Penn State, she has jumped out of a plane flying at 142 mph at 10,000 feet, into a 210 mph free fall.
Madelyn Willhite, our Doctor's Schedule Coordinator has over 13 years of clinical dental experience. She enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family.
Natasha Bookstaver, our Hygiene Schedule Coordinator has more than 5 years' experience in the dental field and enjoys new things each and every day. During her free time she enjoys painting and spending time at home with her boyfriend, cats, and dogs.
Paige Morello, our front desk concierge, has worked in customer service care for more than 8 years. When she's not helping patients at Cromwell Dental, Paige enjoys making people look and feel their very best as a medical skin esthetician. During her down time she loves being with family and friends and has a passion for working out.
